Ai Fuin, whose renovation was finished in 2004, maintains the characteristics of the farmhouses in Monferrato area. Its distinctive elements are the face brick vaults and the oak beams; the stairs of Luserna stone; the pantile roof with a visible wood structure. It offers the guests four double bedrooms and is able to provide accommodation for ten people.
First floor:
Camera dei girasoli: It is situated on the ground floor and is particularly warm and comfortable thanks to its light and its rarefied atmosphere of the beginning of 20th-century. 
It has little face brick vaults supported by hand-made squared oak beams. It is furnished with mahogany furniture and the double bed is in French style. This room is served by the aqua green bathroom, with shower.
This room is recommended for those people who can not use the stairs.
Camera dei fiordalisi: The colour of this room is light blue-indigo, like this flower, and it smells of fields of ripe wheat, poppies and cornflowers.
The ceiling is a mansard with oak beams and deal boards. This room is full of light, facing south and is furnished with wood furniture and a double bed made of iron.
Furthermore, it is possible to have two small beds for children in the attic ceiling.
This room is served by the very large blue bathroom, with bath and shower.
Camera del Glicine: Its colour is lilac and reminds you of this bush that colours and perfumes our gardens during the spring. It is furnished with pieces of the grandparents’ furniture, made of walnut and in Art-Nouveau style. The double bed is made of forged iron. It is possible to add a third bed for children.
This room is very large and has a fireplace made of Luserna stone. The ceiling is a mansard with oak beams and deal boards. It is characterised by pictures on the walls which represent some wisterias in full bloom and this creates the unique atmosphere you can breathe in this room.
This room, too, is served by the blue bathroom with double use of bath and shower.
Camera del l´edera: The colour of this room is light green. Everything, walls and textiles, remind you of colours and scents of the wood in the middle of summer.
It faces west and receives the last rays of sun in the afternoon and this makes the atmosphere you can breathe in this room unique.
Furniture is made of cherry and walnut wood. The two single beds are made of iron. The ceiling is a mansard with oak beams and deal boards, which make this room simply cheerful and fresh. This room is served by the light blue bathroom with hydromassage shower.
